Returns
How do I return my package?
Starting a return is easy. First, contact us at info@amaralingerie.com. We’ll send you access to our returns process. From there, you can submit your return and select your preferred return method. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
What is the refund and return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
When will I be refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How should I wash my lingerie?
We recommend gently hand washing your lingerie in cold water using a mild detergent. This helps preserve the softness, elasticity, lace and delicate details for longer. After washing, lay the pieces flat or hang them to air dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, a hand wash or delicate wash program can be used. We recommend placing your items inside a lingerie care bag and washing them on a cold, gentle cycle to help protect delicate fabrics, lace and straps. Do not tumble dry. Air drying is always recommended.
How often should I wash my items?
